Job Description
The successful candidate will be accountable for providing overall leadership and developing a sustainable long-term growth and strategic direction for the company’s operations. The incumbent will be accountable for achieving results through comprehensive business management over the long-term. He/she will lead the business to deliver on its aspirations and help to navigate the ever-changing environment.
- Drafting the company`s strategic plans, long term and short term in line with the group`s strategic plans.
- Designing and implementing SMART action plans aimed at delivering key operational and strategic goals.
- Monitoring and driving performance in order to meet performance targets and objectives.
- Controlling revenue and expenditure budgets.
- Managing the organization`s human resources including recruitment, development, training and motivation.
- Managing material and system resources to ensure optimum performance.
- Managing the marketing operations of the organization including developing new markets and products and increasing market share.
- Managing risk, compliance and governance environment.
- Managing stakeholders.
- Reporting to the Board and complying with any other reporting requirements as per policy.
- Perform market research and complex analysis of possible opportunities.
- Oversee daily operations of the business unit or organization.
- Any other duties as may be assigned by the Board.

- Bachelor of Administration (BAdmin): Business/ Financial/ Marketing Management (Required), Master Of Business Management And Administration: Business Administration/Management
