  • Green Code Waste Solutions Ltd is a registered Malawian-owned company birthed to solve waste management problems. To serve and satisfy our customers better we are looking for innovative, hardworking, and self-driven individuals based in Blantyre to fill vacant positions at our company.

Sales and Marketing Representative (3 Positions)

  • We’re looking for results-driven Sales and Marketing Representatives with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out, engage customer prospects and willing to work on commission basis. The Sales and Marketing Representatives need to have an in-depth understanding of the sales process and dynamics. The representatives will report to the Sales and Marketing Executive. The representatives should reside in the following areas: Manja, Chimwankhunda, Soche East, Nkolokosa,Kanjedza Forest, Chilobwe, Zingwangwa, Green Corner, Naperi, Mount Pleasant, Chitawira, Chinyonga, or Kanjedza

Responsibilities

  • Generating leads.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
  • Maintaining client relations.
  • Creating and presenting sales performance reports
  • Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
  • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
  • Understanding and promoting company programs.
  • Answering client questions about products and prices.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Proven work experience as a Sales and Marketing Representative.
  • Knowledge of modern marketing techniques.
  • High-level communication and networking skills.
  • Be passionate about sales.
  • Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to represent Green Code Waste Solutions Ltd at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
  • Ability to work well under pressure.

Education and Experience

  • MSCE
  • A certificate in advertising, marketing, sales, or a related field is an added advantage.
  • 1 to 2 years of work experience as a Sales and Marketing representative or a similar position in the sales department.
  • All applicants must be between 20-25 years of age.
