About the Role

The Finance & Logistics Coordinator is responsible for financial modelling and reporting plus all inventory management and reconciliation activities. The person will work closely with accounting and logistics staff to maintain the accuracy of warehouse inventory data and ensure timely reporting of financial performance.

Responsibilities

  • Finance modelling and reporting conduct monthly BVA (Budget vs Actual) reviews working with Department Heads to identify variances and the Accounting team to fix all accounting errors
  • Support the Human Resources department with monthly payroll processing
  • Support Global Finance with the filing of taxes  (VAT, PAYE, WHT) and maintain an up-to-date file of all filings
  • Manage financial models for Trees and Market Access programs
  • Monthly reporting to FAS Lead on all financial and inventory reconciliations
  • Inventory ManagementSupport in input forecasting/ ordering in close collaboration with local and global partners
  • Ensure accurate inventory reconciliation: Complete all relevant data QC to monitor correct input movement records which are the basis for variance tracking
  • Diagnose causes of inventory variances/discrepancies
  • Forecast input allocation on the warehouse level during receiving period
  • Implement and enforce inventory policies, procedures, and internal controls
  • Ensure Key Performance Indicator performances for all regional warehouses are met
  • Look into internal Warehouse transfer requests and identify which warehouse to move stock from

Qualifications

Across all roles, these are the general qualifications we look for. For this role specifically, you will have:

  • At least 2+ years of work experience in finance or logistics
  • Experience manipulating complex data using Excel (can perform complex functions)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance or a related field
  • At least 2 years experience using SAP Business One and Warehouse Management Software
  • Good Written and Spoken English Language
