Ecobank recently launched its Graduate Development Programme for the Central, Eastern and Southern African region (CESA), and it’s looking to groom young talented graduates in this part of Africa into world class banking professionals.  The Ecobank Graduate Development Programme is an exciting way to start a career in the Pan African financial institution.

Location: Malawi

Program Features:

• 12 months with a combination of structured learning and job rotation with practical experience
• Real-life problem solving on business-driven projects
• Individual coaching & mentoring
• Exposure to a reading culture while on the programme

What to expect over 12 months

• Virtual instructor-led technical learning – these are virtual classroom sessions, case studies, and tailored technical training split by business functions.
• 3 months business rotation –After the technical learning, you will spend 3 months in a cross rotation in our business functions­­
• 6 months job placement – your last rotation will be six months in your focus area in a specific department. This will be your opportunity to work with the best teams and begin your Ecobank Career.

Who we are looking for

For our Graduate Programme, you need:

• A Business-related University degree in any discipline from a reputable institution and have graduated in the last two years with minimum of Second class upper
• Not be more than 26 years old by April 2023
• Work permit to work in the country you are applying to

• Strong communication skills – verbal and written (Bilingual will be an added advantage –English & French)
