130 AFFILIATE BUSINESS CONSULTANTS (ABC)

Wealthnet Finance PLC is registered by the Reserve Bank of Malawi as a Deposit Taking Microfinance Institution. The company was granted a no objection from Reserve Bank of Malawi to use the Wealthnet – KakuPay Core Banking System (KakuPay Smart Money). The system will contribute towards moving Malawi from cash to cashless/digital money transactions.

Wealthnet is looking for suitable and qualified young men and women to occupy the post of Affiliate Business Consultants under our consultancy program.

The candidate should be trustworthy with sound knowledge in group mobilization, customer care and general administration. The candidate should be trainable and must be willing to work in both urban and rural areas across the country. Note that this is not an office job, the candidate will be required to work outdoors. The job will mostly involve mobilizing Banki Mkhonde groups to use KakuPay Smart Money and the candidate must be free to interact with people of diverse backgrounds. The candidate is expected to be a team player. This position is commission based.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The ABC shall proactively identify potential KakuPay users and savings customers for Wealthnet Finance PLC
  • The ABC shall register and train each group member on KakuPay Smart Money platform.
  • The ABC shall register and train the Banki mkhonde group on KakuPay Smart Money platform.
  • The ABC shall educate prospective and existing Banki mkhonde groups on importance of KakuPay as a digital payment platform and other financial products.
  • The ABC shall maintain regular contact with the Company through the KakuPay Supervisors on the loan disbursement to the group on KakuPay Smart Money.
  • The ABC shall be responsible to collect all loan applications from the group transacting on KakuPay Smart Money.
  • The consultant shall assist in loan collection from all customers on KakuPay that shall be given loan facility.

WORK EXPERIENCE

The ideal candidate must have minimum work experience:

  • Group mobilization
  • Customer care
  • Loan Collections
