To coordinate and provide ICT support services.
1. Coordinating and supervising IT Operations and support services to ensure that systems are run
according to computer calendar.
2. Ensuring that users receive timely and accurate reports.
3. Managing the file server by conducting security backups and performing housekeeping routines.
4. Preparing system calendars for all establishments and sections
5. Ensuring that ICT programs written according to standards are in force and that the maintenance
of programs is done timely and according to standards.
6. Installing and configuring computer programs and software
7. Ensuring that programs are documented
according to established standards.
8. Maintaining bulk office organization wide applications including backups, database, email,
financial reporting, billing, e.t.c.
9. Providing organization wide hardware support for printers, servers, personal computers, and other IT devices
10. Developing and implementing ICT systems
11. Providing help desk support
12. Developing and implementing disaster recovery plans
13. Installing local area network and ensure stability of the network.
