To coordinate and efficiently administer all designated procurement activities of AL in compliance with the legal requirements while adopting best practices in procurement.
1. Developing, implementing and monitoring procurement plans.
2. Reviewing company’s procurement policies, procedures, standards and regulations.
3. Interpreting procurement policies and regulations.
4. Advising management on procurement issues.
5. Coordinating the closing and opening of bid documents.
6. Preparing minutes and reports for Procurement committee and the Office of Public procurement.
7. Preparing contract documents
8. Providing guidance and/or lead in the preparation of bid documents.
9. Ensuring that the procurement process and procedures in place are in accordance with
guidelines and regulations, prescribed by the Public Procurement Act.
