Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill the position of Management Trainee in the Customer Service Section of the Network Commercial Department. The successful candidate will report to the Customer Service Manager.
The major activities of the position are:
1. Accurate customization of cards both prepaid and postpaid
2. Accurate and timely crediting of cards
3. Ensuring that the receipt and the recharge form have the same amounts before recharging is done
4. Accurate blacklisting of cards based on a formal request from the client
5. Facilitating whitelisting of cards by raising necessary documents following a formal request from the client
6. Following up on polling of all EPTs and calling clients for explanation where polling has failed
7. Preparation and circulation of daily polling report
8. Accurate modification of card ceilings based on formal requests from the customer
9. Management of card consumable inventory
10. Proper filing of card documents
11. Reissue of pin code upon production of a formal request and valid identification
12. Accurate transferring of credit from a lost card to a new card based on formal communication
1. First degree in Business Administration or Marketing
2. Knowledge of the SAP accounting package
3. Sound knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
4. Analytical skills
