The Times Group invites applications from suitably qualified individuals to fill vacant positions in our Print and Digital Media Platforms.
REPORTERS (2 positions in Blantyre, 1 position in Lilongwe)
JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the Editor-In-Chief, the position holder will be expected to carry out the following tasks:
- Writing publishable stories for Print Platform
- Writing features for the Print Platform.
- Filing stories and special reports for Electronic Platforms of the Group.
PERSON SPECIFICATIONS
The ideal candidates MUST meet the following minimum requirements:
- Must have a minimum of Diploma in Journalism.
- Those with a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field will have an added advantage.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
