Agency Banking Operations Lead

Reporting to the Agency Banking Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for planning and managing all operational aspects of the Agency Banking Business.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the management of agency banking delivery processes and systems.
• Champions optimisation of systems, processes, and procedures to ensure delivery of superior customer experience.
• Supports field staff with back-office processes.
• Lead in product/service UAT’s, piloting, and launching.
• Ensures that customer feedback channels and systems are in place and functional.
• Enforces anti-money laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) practices in liaison with relevant departments.
• Ensure fraud management and control procedures are developed and implemented.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Degree in commerce or any related field
• At least 3 years of experience in mobile money/ agency banking operations/back-office processes
• In-depth knowledge of mobile money/agency banking processes and procedures.
