The Malawi National Examinations Board (MANEB) is a parastatal organization established by an Act of Parliament to conduct such academic and other examinations at the conclusion of any approved course in Malawi as it may be considered desirable in the public interest and award certificates to successful candidates in such examinations.

Human Resources Management Officer (GRADE M6)
Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment and appointment of staff
Assist in conducting salary assessment on first appointment
Assist in settling disputes amongst members of staff
Initiating performance appraisal and confirmation process for staff in the Board
Ensuring new entrants are introduced on medical and insurance schemes
Assist in processing of terminal benefits
Compiling quarterly staff returns indicating state of vacancies
Assisting in reviewing job descriptions in liaison with Heads of Department
Assist in preparing periodic reports on training
Processing application letters for Employment
Management of leave days for senior members of staff
Assist in Pension administration
Creating and developing appropriate personnel records, operational systems and procedures
Minimum qualification and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, Social Sciences or any relevant degree obtained from an accredited institution of higher learning.
Should be computer literate
Three years experience
