Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Network Support Officer at NICO Technologies Ltd in Blantyre. The Network Support Officer will be responsible for network administration, technical support, troubleshooting, information technology tasks, and network security operations on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Network Administration, Troubleshooting, and Network Security skills
• Technical Support and Information Technology skills
• Experience in network maintenance and configuration
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Certification in relevant IT fields is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• CCNA (Preferred)
