Logistics Assistant

Reporting to: Financial Controller
Location: Lilongwe, Malawi

Role

We are looking for a physically strong logistics assistant to assist the organization with coordinating package deliveries and handling office maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Driving members of staff to and from meetings and other assignments Keep the Company vehicle clean and in good working condition
• Sending/Correcting parcels on behalf of staff members
• Unpacking items and arranging them, if needed
• Ensuring that the facility remains clean, sanitary, and well-organized Handle repair and maintenance of Company Building
• Offering assistance to other staff in the department when there is no activity

Qualifications and Skills Required

• A full Malawi School Certificate of Education
• Clean and valid Driving and defensive driving license
• 5 years motor vehicle driving experience
• Knowledge of operating office equipment like Photocopier and binder Good verbal and written communication skills in English
• Knowledge in building repairs
• Team player
