An exciting opportunity has arisen in Malawi Posts Corporation to fill the following vacancies:
Position : Channels and Distribution Specialist
Grade : M6
Location : MPC Headquarters
Reporting to : Head of Business Unit – Retail and Financial Services
Duties and responsibilities:
- Ensuring that reporting systems in the section are working effectively and efficiently
- Driving sales for Retail and Financial Services and meet set targets
- Understanding competing products and services and finding a competitive advantage.
- Working with sales and marketing to drive sales through MPC’s distribution network
- Quickly resolving agent issues to ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
- Coordination of all operational activities to ensure smooth flow of work in the section.
- Ensuring that company and partner core values are adhered to and upheld all the time.
- Compiling reports on the performance of all RFS products and reporting/suggesting quick solutions on any issues affecting sales performance to management
- Any other duties as assigned by management from time to time
The applicant must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields
- At least 4 years of working experience in retail and financial services
